Arnout joined the team in January 2002 in order to expand Logical People's existing client database. Arnout has been working in recruitment since 1999 when he started as Account Manager. His mindset to treat people with respect and honesty has resulted in many successful referrals from both clients and candidates adding to his already extensive network. Important assignments are often entrusted to him and he knows how to marry the particular needs of both the employer and employee to each other. |

We are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Manager with a Bachelor's degree and excellent communicative skills in Dutch writing and speaking. We prefer you to have (at least) 5 years experience in IT Search & Selection, although experience and knowledge gained in another sector need not be an issue but affinity with IT is important.
At Logical People you may expect - in addition to a good salary - an excellent commission scheme with realistic targets, a good pension, a lot of freedom and possibility to work from home. However, our personal preference is for you to join in the office banter!
You find socializing fun, can talk about football or team sports in general, and a good knowledge of 80s and 90s music could well mean a match with the Team!

It is with both great sadness and disbelief that we have to announce the sudden and far too early death of our colleague Jelger Mol. He joined our team in August 2007 as Account Manager, and by combining both his strong international focus with his belief that LinkedIn is the product of the future made him successful in the placement of mainly non-Dutch candidates for several clients. His dry sense of humour and unique engagement skills made him an excellent addition to our team..
Jelger, we will miss you.
